Problem with avast security ultimate

When I start the scan, it stops immediately. The message is:"Scan failed.  There is an error, please try again". What can I do? Thanks.

Hi, sorry to hear that. First I would recommend you to clear the app data: go to "Android Settings → Applications → Avast Mobile Security → Delete cache and user data". If it does not help, you can try to reinstall the app.
