[SOLVED] can't set up anti-theft options

I installed Avast Mobile Security on my phone, but can't complete the set up of the anti-theft option, Code PIN is set up, Everything authorised (greenV),
but can't connect to my Avast acount, with email, facebook or Google..

I have also installed Avast on my PC, I have an account, but can't activate from there either.


P.S. After restarting the device it works fine.

I've restarted and it didn't fix.
The firewall was removed?
