Here is a link to Panda Antivirus USB Cloud Cleaner which I have successfully used to create a stand alone USB drive, boot from it, and scan an infected computer.

The problem is you're depending on Panda to find any infections. They aren't that well rated.

For me Rescue disk creation (to the disk, not thumb drive) works fine.
Desktop: Win10 Pro 22H2 64bit / Core i5-7400 3.0GHz / 32GB RAM / Avast 23 Premium Beta(Icarus) / Comodo Firewall

Rescue Disk - It was stated that it's working again,
I've now had one computer tied up for over 1 hr and am at 21%
Sorry but to me that doesn't mean it's working.  :(
Do I really need to use a competitors rescue disk?
What is happening?
Hello Bob. I checked the logs you send me. It seems it was still downloading toolkit required to create rescue disk. The toolkit has 1.7 GB so it can take a long time to download.
When you click on Cancel and it didn't stop - that's a bug we will fix, download wasn't properly interrupted. The process was interrupted after download.
When you try it again, it should install already downloaded toolkit and continue to create rescue disc iso. Can you please try it again without clicking Cancel to check if it works?

The beta didn't fix the "We failed to create a Rescue Disk" error.

I restarted the process this morning. It continued from where it left off and completed fairly quickly without any problems.
