Avast premium security

Hi!
I have Avast premium security. I buy  it  again for 1 year and download the installation File go My computer. Arter i  download it the software didnt sant go upen Up. I fint know IF i got virus in My computer becaurse i serie online berör i oder a new years. What van i do now to make the software to sök and protect My computer again? Please help!!

and then wait for a qualified remover to go over the scan results it brings up.
