Cleanup Premium stuck on System Junk. Will not finish. I have version 19.1 build 7734. What can I do to get this resolved?

this is most likely because there is also a scan for Windows Update cleanup which might take hours in the worst case so even though it looked like stucked it is not but it will take quite some time to finish.
However we've already fixed this unpleasant situation in the new version we are currently working on, however I cannot tell you the exact date when it will be released.
Probably until the end of March it should be out, than you could give it a try to see whether it works for you and if not report the problem again and we will take a look at it.
