Removing from the blacklist
« on: February 07, 2020, 05:05:19 PM »
Hello,
I hope that you can help me!
My name is Dr Yovko Haralanov .
Two years ago my site was attacked and it was very unpleasant. My site is a forum for veterinarians in Bulgaria( http://www.vvcbg.com/forum/index.php?act=idx). We have resolved the issue, but the virus checkers continue to retain information about this attack and block site for users who tried to access the site during this attack. Now I have members that have not access to the forum.
My question is - Is there procedure fro removing website from the blacklist?

Thank you very much!

Use the -  Reporting Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php.  This is direct to the avast virus labs.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

It is not only avast that flag website as insecure. ESET, Bitdefender's TrafficLight, and other engines:
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/ip-address/79.124.67.24/relations
PHP version outdated: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.vvcbg.com/forum/index.php?q=act%3Didx

Recommendations found through linting: https://webhint.io/scanner/86d48f9d-4cd0-413c-bb48-0305baa5324a

Wait for an avast team member to give a final verdict, as they are the only ones to come and unblock.

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!
