Subscriptions cancel

Hello i tried the free trial for several avast apps i didnt get any confirmation on my email and i cant cancel any of those subscription i really need to cancel then quickly or else money will be taken from my card.

Why would anyone give away there creditcard info for a free trail? .... imo a sneaky avast trick
