My mom just got a pop up message on widows 10, for a free Iphone from 'Elgiganten' (a "tech retailer").
With the adress h.krivapalanka in small text below.

Is this a trojan or something else, do you know how to get rid of it?
I have scanned the "full version" and the "windows startup". Everything green..

Please help
