Overcharged, and not able to get in touch with support
« on: March 01, 2020, 11:43:07 PM »
I've tried calling. Spent 150 dollars on one year of Avast premier + cleanup. Now my driver purchase does not show up no matter what.

Help, before i choose someone else to deal with my IT security please.

Contact Sales:  https://support.avast.com/en-us/contact/enter/
If you don't have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
I've also notified Avast. Hope that helps.

Hi, our system shows that our support team did reply to your ticket.
Concerning Driver Updater not showing up.
I take it you are referring to it not showing up in your avast account.
Currently, a subscription to Driver updater or AntiTrack will not be visible in my.avast.com.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, we plan on having it visible in Avast accounts.

Error - 0x80046402
Loading this shouldn't take long, blablabla..

That is all i get. Should i delete my folder manually? I feel like that is a bad idea with viruses locked in there.>

I have tried to contact the department, i need real support for this with someone with some nitty gritty IT-knowledge.

I have used 3 hours on this issue now. Have a talk with your colleagues and try to decide what might be the root cause. And yes i have tried the uninstallation guide.
