Author Topic: Auto Renewed to new Premium from AIS but still shows only 3 pcs not 10 covered?  (Read 739 times)

As per title my renewal finally hit and was charged the $89.99 for Avast Premium coming from previously had the Avast Internet Security 3 PCs for about 8yrs now. When I sign in and very my account still shows only 3PCs will be covered not 10 as Premium says it offers??? I have reached out to Customer Service on Phone she said I should have 10 and was super unhelpful. Do I need to cancel all together as my renewal was about 23 days ago. Then sign up as new account under the Premium?? It should not be this difficult honestly though. Also per their page about Premium it says it will upgrade you if you have older version but to the single PC one but I was not charged $69.99 which is price of single PC for Premium I was charged $89.99 for Multiple PC one?

I reached out to them last week before posting on here and have yet to hear from them at all. I have my request number from submitting my question however no one has yet to reply to me via email how it states they will do.
