Disgusting business ethic
« on: March 06, 2020, 09:05:48 PM »
If you don't try to trick out my money would be great. I still have 7 days remaining on the trial of the VPN but you already took my money for a 1-year subscription. Why? When I started the 60 days trial, you said that you will notify me one week before the end, whether I want to buy or not. So this doesn't happen instead you took the liberty and charge me without my permission, and instead of asking me, you sent the bill already and I checked my bank, the money was already taken. Needless to say, I do not want to continue, especially after this. This isn't nice, moreover, a questionable business ethic and I think the Standard Operational agencies would be interested in hearing about your deceitful tactic.
And off course there is no option to cancel it. I want my money back ASAP
