Need help to recive my purchased avast secureline vpn subscription

Hi,I have purchased an Avast secureline vpn subscription an hour ago,but I still can't get the order confirmation email,I've searched the junk folder but still no use.
I purchased the subscription without logging in,and using a digital payment--Alipay,so I just have the order number from my bill,i don't know what to do,please help me.

Thank you for your reply,i've tried my order ID from my bill,but it's invalid.I think there is some problems in payment,I have no clue,maybe I should wait first.
