I have set my Avast Firewall to "always ask" and when I opened Adobe Premiere and Avast asked me if I wanted to allow Adobe Premiere to check things about my PC, and I clicked "allow" but despite clicking "allow", Avast BLOCKED it instead and now Adobe Premiere cannot detect my video card, thus erroring out every time that it opens because despite the fact that I told it to allow, Avast blocked the action instead!

To make matters worse, Avast DID NOT create a rule for it. Therefore, I cannot manually change the rule. The block is OBVIOUSLY being store elsewhere rather than the "application rules"

Avast SHOULD NOT be doing this! If I click "allow", Avast SHOULD let the program do what it is intending on doing. I DO NOT need Avast OVERRIDING my decisions

is your firewall network profile in private or puplic mode?

try private and restart
