Cause found:
      In the case of connecting to the World Wide Web, use the free version of the offline installation package to install, so that after the installation, there will not be an out-of-date and interface asking to choose the type of protection.
       I did not expect that the offline installation package also needs to be connected to the Internet to install it properly.

Wanting to go too fast because it seems to us that elements of a procedure are useless, is rarely good.

A simple solution would have been to use the off-line installer.
By following the procedure in the video given in Bob's signature you would have read:

07.Once the tool finishes, reboot your system and reconnect your internet connection.
08-Install avast free ....

Writing instructions isn't easy. Following them seems to be harder. :)

This was repeated before 19.9.2394, and this change was made suddenly.

Maybe it's normal that it's happening now suddenly, you weren't in expiration conditions before.
