No access to original synchronised device

Hi,

I've been trying to log my phone in to synchronise between it and my pc but unfortunately I no longer have access to the pc that was original synced and due to some hackers recently deleting my email I no longer have access to the original email.

Is there anyway it can be reset so I can begin a new group between my current devices?

I do have an Avast account. I have tried the steps in the guide. When I try to sync my computer and phone, each gives me a code to input, but neither gives me a place to input it.

Hi, I can't sync my Avast account with my computers. I didn't received sync code and I haven't my old pc with Avast.
When I click on restore button of backup identity mail the link has expired.
Can you help me ?
