I tried this but I don't know my current password so I can't change the password. If I delete my account, that's a whole different problem
Hi, if you follow the instructions as outlined in the article, then the last step will ask you to enter a new password twice.
You do not need to know the old password.
Furthermore, the my.avast.com account allows you to view your subscription details.
To change your order details you need to follow the instructions we sent you (via support ticket).
