Can't switch subscription

HI! My Avast Premium subscription is due to expire in 14 days. I had thought that when I renewed my subscription that it would simply tack the time on to my existing subscription. It appears that Avast has created entirely NEW subscriptions, but the Activation Code is the same for all of them. I uninstalled the subscription that was due to expire soon and reinstalled the free version. When I logged in I saw my other subscriptions but I am unable to switch to any of the Premium versions.


This is what I have:

Avast IS Multidevice with iOS
Next charge: July 12, 2020

Avast Premium Security
Next charge: February 8, 2021

Please advise.
