Hello Seunghyun,
Thank you for contacting Avast Customer Care.
We have refunded your order (ref # **********) and your subscription is now expired.
For orders that are paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, refunds will be directly credited back to the account that has been charged.
If any other payment method was used, you will be contacted by our payment processor via email with further instructions on how to receive your refund.
In case you do not receive your refund in the next 7 working days please let me know and I will investigate the matter further.
We understand that you do not need a VPN right now. Perhaps at some point in the future you may consider it as important as your internet connection.
If you choose to return, you can renew your subscription any time you wish! Re-order simply at
https://www.avast.com/secureline-vpn#pc by using the same email address of your existing Avast account and choosing a new payment plan.
Should you require any further assistance regarding your refund or the renewing procedure, please let us know.
Best regards
