Need Help.

Hello all.  Not sure where this needs to go.  I am suddenly getting fake "your McAffe subscription is expired" popups and it appears to be through Chrome.  Avast is NOT detecting it or finding it when scanning.  HELP.  I want to get rid of it!

Clear your browser surf history cache

Run Malwarebytes AdwCleaner  >>  https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

did that solve it ?
