Help. I was charged by avast! Requesting refund.

I was charged via direct deposit 79.99 by avast. I can't find a user id or any purchase ID due to the fact that not one of my emails are being recognozed. I can't get a hold of customer service through the phone due to the covid19 outbreak. Please help me I don't recall
ever using avast
