android app被检测出含恶意代码

在使用VirusTotal检测的时候 检查出Avast-Mobile Android:Evo-gen [Trj]这个问题 https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/af950413d823e2cd1e3cd7d368d4f46c60d9eb2a27f8b538aa6f6bc5f5fa4962/detection
所以下载Avast检测工具, 检测后发现该app包含恶意代码, 请问有谁知道具体原因是什么吗?
