Can not delete virus D93EF81A

Hello everybody,

When I run a smart scan on my windows XP machine, then I have this message (I will call it message1) :
*scan finished, 2 issues were found
*virus found
*Vulnerable software found
*Resolve ALL

Then I click on "Resolve ALL"

new message appears (I will call it message2):
*Resolving virus issues
*scan {D93EF81A-B92F-27FE-AF54-9278EA8BF910} not found
*FIX

Then I select FIX

But again message1 occurs. I click "resolve all". Then again I jump to message2.

I made a search on my PC and I found this HEX dump here :
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVAST Software\Avast\avast5.txt
contain of this file :
[{D93EF81A-B92F-27FE-AF54-9278EA8BF910}]
LastRun=1585651666

Also I find this HEX sequence in :
C:\Documents and Settings\coco\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\zxmqyubi.default\sessionstore-backups\recovery.js
but I can not open it

This HEX dump seems, to be a signature of virus of something like that.
Do you know how to clean up definitively this virus ?
