Is there any way around without turning it off?
I don't want avast directly to manage my browser. I can't help but to feel little bit skeptical.

Avast already answered that question, https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=233117.msg1541606#msg1541606
It will be your choice.

^ That involves a registry edit, though. I don't like that. There should just be a simple solution.

@ ColdPhase17

i just tried uncheck the "enable quic/http3" only in avast then after that i delete the chrome folder in registry policy, and reboot my pc , open chrome browser again
to check if the  browser is getting "manage by organization" , yes it still did...and its still there, you can still get rid off this message in chrome if you:

1.disable webshield in avast and the policy will gone in chrome://policy (but you will be unprotected browsing the web)

or

2.disabled it by going to chrome://flags and disabled "Show managed UI for managed users". (note this will only get rid the notification "notice by organization" but it doesnt get rid the policy set by avast) the policy is still there but only the notification will gone in your chrome browser.

i suggest you have to live with it now... Since its an avast thing now triggering this policy in chrome and they explain this to us im fine with it i leave my browser and Avast the way it is for now... :)
if your browser is acting weird you can still check it on chrome://policy and see what running behind highjacking your browser that triggers manage by org

No it's a proposal or suggestions by Avast. It isn't something you can do at the moment.

Hello friends,

in the uUpdate 568 we have updated the behavior of the "Quic scanning" checkbox in the WebShield settings (under core shields). If you disable QUIC, we are now removing the blocking policy immediately. You can go to chrome://policy in chrome and click "Reload policies" to update that without a browser restart.

In order for this to work, you need to be on 20.2.5130.568 or higher. (a reboot or two is the safest way to induce the update if you are not already on it)

We are still considering disabling QUIC blocking completely - in order to save you from the hassle of going into the settings and turning it off manually.

Cheers,
Lukas.

Did you restart (not shut down and start) your computer?
