Avast Premier Security last version - License not valid.

I have license until 12 june 2020 for Avast Premier Security.

My Avast WIndow for licenses show that (see first attachment) The text is romanian - you can see my two valid licenses.
Avast Window for Status(see second attachment) The text is romanian - it says "Your license is not valid"

What's this?

Yesterday i saw the message: Firewall not activated.
It was impossible to activate firewall..
I made these steps:

-Download last version Avast Clear and Avast Premier Security (offline version).
-Restart in Safe Mode.
-Execute Avast Clear
-Restart in Normal Mode(without Internet)
-Install Avast Premier Security.

Until now i was protected, my licenses were recognised.
Today my license is not valid. Why?

Today I paid a new license - 2 years. Same problem. What's wrong with my antivirus avast???

I am confused.
My first license expire on June 21, 2020.
My new license expire on April 02, 2022.

Cannot activate any of these licenses.

But, after restart computer, all is perfect. I am protected.
Only a problem, I paid two months for two licenses. I don't know why.

I found this about Reseller AllSoftGlobal Ecommerce:
  1. Allsoft Ecommerce and AVAST launched online sales in the Czech Republic
  2. My paid was summarized on page https://ipm.store-sl.avast.com/ro_RO/order/status/........ETC
  3. Invoice said NILTASOFT LIMITED as soft distributor.
  4. I received email for confirmation and licence Key(same old key) from email address avast@allsoftglobal.ro Using avast@allsoftglobal.ro
All seems to be OK.


I read properties of the email message from allsoftglobal.ro

What are these lines(it seems to me strange - something about some addresses from Russia)

I hope that all is OK now.
Until now I did't contact any reseller.
My subscriptions were to Digital River until now.
But, the price is OK from resellers.
