TONS OF PROBLEMS. Let's get started with this one.
I decided to try the avast upgrade since i've been using the free one long time ago and i got comfortable. The recieve was of 17.XX € for an offer 1 year, picked it.
For some reason, problems start here.
- I got charged 3X.XX € (until my card isn't updated using bnext i can't tell truly what the quantity is).
- My protection stills "Free".
- I got for no reason a service called "Avast Cleanup". (forgot to put the name, edited).
Okay. I decide to see what the heck is happening. Im going to my account just to see this...

The worst experience by war.
Even trying to contact with an email, i just find the "want a refund, click here and post the details". Surprise, no recepit ID, no refund.
Not even support! This is my last hope.
INFORMATION (EDIT):
- I'll give the information to an Avast representative but not in public forums.
- I did this bought today, almost 10 minutes after doing the buy i was able to see the problems and in-fact tried to solve them with no success (so refund is what i want, not a cancel one).
- I want to cancel all. Don't know how many services are bought but i don't want any.
