Activation error

I renew my license and could not activate it. Message..something went wrong

somebody from avast contacted me through email. but wait for 2 days, no respond back :(
critical to have pc protected these days.. my pc have no protection now for more than a week and ppl from IT security provider did not respond accordingly. :(
