UI failed to load

hi Avast team support!!

i have the latest version of avast premium security and lately my avast cause some problem even to my laptop running windows 10 LTSC enterprise 64 bit!! sometimes cause blue screen popup,this message also appears:



any help please!!

thanks for the reply!! but it is already set to automatic in both the antivirus and the clean up

I've had this problem too, and it seems to be related (in my case) to a problem with the firewall of this version that occasionally blocks the internet but also avast UI.
Sometimes the message is "UI failed to load" and sometimes "You are not logged in".
Even though avast has given a fix, I'm not sure that this firewall redesign is - so far - fully worked out. :-\
edit:I'll try next time it happens to capture the "you're not logged in" message. I haven't seen it since I've been using avast.

Thanks it is already by itself but i don't how and why it happened!!

also my only firewall is from avast antivirus nothing else!!

It's possible that the problem comes back randomly as for me (already 3 times since the update), the firewall service seems to have sometimes a delay in ignition  :D and in this case prevents the UI from opening correctly.
