This issue also happened to me since last week, for no apparent reasons. Please help! Thanks!

The video downloader hasn't been working for about 2 or 3 weeks. Before that it was working fine.

The video camera icon is greyed out. It thinks that there are no videos on the page.

I am using a different downloader in another browser, but I would prefer the Avast one.

I'm happy to report that the problem has been addressed and fixed.
Make sure your extension for the downloader is version 2.1.65
