The March update is constantly asking me to let programs access the internet

After the March update was installed and I rebooted, I got flooded with requests from programs to gain access to the internet. And at no time did Avast honor the 'Remember my choice' option! I had to select Silent mode to quiet the noise so when are you going to fix this issue!

It's a known problem Avast is working on a fix.
