Hi,

This would be from Secure Browser if you have an old version or upgraded from an old version.

I am having the same problem.  Is this Safer Update installer pop-up legitimate and should I give Admin approval to continue?

If so, why did this just start happening.  I have used Secure Browser for years and have installed several updates but this is the first I recall seeing this message.  My current version is: 83.1.4957.117 (Official Build) (32-bit)
