Some basic questions:

1. How do I set a maximum one hour limit per day for my daughter to use her mobile phone? I see that I can block out certain times of the day, but I want to limit her use to one hour regardless of when that is

2. Can I make my wife a parent administrator, as well as myself?

3. If these functions (which are standard on Google Family Link) do not exist, is there another (paid for) Avast app that offers this?
