MBR:Backboot-G [Rtk] cannot be fixed

I scanned my pc, which has been really slow and weird lately, with avast, and found out that i had MBR:Backboot-G [Rtk]. Avast couldn't fix it, and I googled how to delete it and couldn't find any ressources. any ideas?
