Does Avast suspend desktop applications?
« on: May 14, 2020, 02:32:30 PM »
Hi all, good stuff! Had some weird stuff going on on my PC and Avast seems to have caught some culprits.

As the title says and which is some new thing happening, does Avast suspend applications? After installing Avast and updating Windows 10 to build 1909 i noticed some applications get suspended but the automatic suspending (apparently) isn't a native Windows function. Cortana and Windows Shell Experience Host get suspended for example which is fine but some other applications also get suspended once minimized. Is this Avast and if yes how can i disable that function?
