Hi,
I have to send 2 file .exe to the Avast Threats Lab to have them examined and then put them on the Avast whitelist.
As I had previously done, I enrolled in the whitelisting program by filling out the registration form of the whitelisting program

However, I received an email informing me that it was not my first attempt to register, that my request had been rejected but that it was still pending and that I could still take back my account by contacting the support center at this address https: // support.avast.com/en-ww. On this page, however, there is no indication and I could not recover anything.
How do I go about unblocking this situation? It all seems very cumbersome. Can you help me please?
Another question: does the inclusion in the Avast whitelist also apply to Avg? Because it seems to me that they are all together now.
