Hi,
My phone was suddenly locked and the alarm started blaring stating that my phone is stolen. I had uninstalled the app a long time ago and do not remember the pin anymore. I tried resetting the pin in the device itself but I'm getting the following error - " Authorisation Error Error 403:disallowed_useragent"
I tried resetting the password on the browser but it asks me to install the app first. But I am unable to do so because the phone is locked.
Edit : Issue has been resolved. I remembered the PIN
