Allways display Scan notification. I want just if Scan find an issue !

Good morning all
Avast Premium Security shows me notifications after each scan (quick/automatic/complete) then a scheduled twice a day. It display me all the notification scans ... Those without issue  and those with issue  and that's cool.
Is it possible to configure so that Avast notify me only if the scans have an issue and not the others?
I found nothing in the notification settings or scan settings.
Nothing more in the Avast .xlm settings files.
Does anyone have a solution where well should we do with?
