I was deducted 49.99 dollars on avast premium after trial. I didnt need the product and want my money back. its been over 3 weeks and i havnt goten a refund after my first refund request(a was redirected to a portal on the subscription mail). please help!! its still less than 1 month and im being proactive about my money back. I didnt authorized this transaction on my card. I dont know whats going on or state about my refunds request...No follow up mail from avast.
