Charged by Avast but I have no account

Hello,
I was charged 89.99 euros by "DRI*Avast Software - avast.com/ord".
I have checked on my computers and all have a free Subscription.
I don't have any avast account, nor have received any email or confirmation order.
I never had any premium or paid subcription to avast.

My questions are:
1) How do I get my money back?
2) How do I get in touch with avast? I can't find any email, and the website redirects me to pages which require info, such as an account or order number, that I do not have.

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
