ERROR MESSAGE

EVERYTIME I BOOT UP  MY XP HOME COMPUTER I GET THE ERROR MESSAGE.   rng.exe application error.  The application failed to initialize properly ( oxc 0000135).  How do I get rid of it? Does not seem to hurt anything except is very annoying on a new computer.

Try to find out the mg.exe file. Where is it? Does it have any version info (rightclick / properties)?

or else...it could be anything..people can chance names of exe.files..

nothing to do with avast antivirus

try to uninstall it.
