today, Avast found a threat interactivehost64.ni.exe, which was deep in the windows folder. I don't have any screenshot, because I turned off the computer in shock. I am asking if this could be a legitimate program, or if anyone has experienced this.

I am having the same issue, it detected 4 files with exactly this name, note that I recently upgraded to windows 10 version 2004.
