I am quite unimpressed with this antivirus currently! On March 12 2020 I bought a Avast subsription for $23.88 and all was well - it was to test the water with this software and this subpription will lapse in 2021. This week suddenly the f@#$ing antivirus deducted $59.99 from my paypal account (without my authorization) for a subscription, although I already have the previous one still active! I am extremely pissed. I lodged a refund request and hope that I get my money back ASAP. This is daylight robbery - and coming form an anti-virus software which should protect your PC! The order ID is 77680735300. Can you please refund me ASAP, unsubscribe me from ALL subscriptions and do whatever so I don't get charged such MASSIVE amounts for no benefit - I DO NOT want this subscription!

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Note, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).
