Merhaba, Avast satın aldım (takip@cenkaltunkaya.com) Fakat ofiste ki dosya paylaşımlarımız engellendi ve çok acil olarak çözüm talep ediyorum. Tüm işlerimiz kaldı. Acil olarak dönüş yapmadığınız taktirde uygulamayı kaldırıp para iadesi talebinde bulunmak zorunda kalacağım.

Hello,
I have purchased Avast application for our office operations. Before I set up the application, there was no  network problem in our computers. Once we set it up, we have lost the network connections between our office computers. We can not reach the folders in other computers in the office. How can I solve this problem? There should be a section where we set up the network sharing permissions or something, correct?

We like Avast and I would like to keep using it. Ki dly help us to find a solution for our problem, otherwise I will have to look for an alternative application.

Please state which Avast Product/s and versions have you purchased for your office?
Also state which Windows operating system and version?

If you have Avast firewall, make sure it is set to Private (not Public) then do a Restart.
