Error finding subscription

Avast turned off and did not start giving an error UI.
After reinstalling, Avast stopped seeing subscriptions.

There are screenshots but I don’t know how to send them) writes The following Avast subscriptions are being used on thus computer.
PC did not change, Windows did not reinstall.

You can add the screenshots by clicking on "Attachments and other options"
below the reply box.
