I wanted to use the free trial for 2 PCs here at home so set up separate free trials. Rather than pay a separate charge for each PC, I would rather subscribe to the multi-device subscription prior to the free trial ending in 4 days. I have written to Customer Support but have not received an answer. Any hints would be helpful. Otherwise, I will have to delete both accounts, uninstall, and start fresh with the multi-device subscription.
The multi-device subscription was not available for free trial when I signed up 2 months ago, hence, that is why I set up separate accounts in order to test the program.
