i was wondering if i could get someone to confirm with me that my refund is indeed being processed. i tried to email support but the email was not available. my subscription renewed today even though days ago i tried to cancel it and didnt find a way too. only when it was renewed i got log in details, i was never able to see my purchases until today. if i was, it is not clear and its not easy to get to it. so i requested a refund right away... just really want to be sure that is being done and how long?
