This keeps popping up

I have used Avast free forever, no issues I couldn't figure out, til now...

For the last 30-48 hrs or so this keeps popping up, I do not have to be doing anything at all.

Just a boot~up and sit, and it will popup, it also does the same with AVG, same error.

Happens every few minutes, constantly...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
