Do I need Malwarebytes?

I've got Avast Premium Security. Do I need MB? It's a CPU hog.

And a third, I abandoned my life subscription when MBAM 3 came in as I thought that was when it first became a resource hog.  Apart from that it brought little to the party when I have Avast installed.
