Mac OS cache file - avast scan warning.
« on: June 30, 2020, 10:03:41 PM »
Running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5, I am suddenly having Avast warn me about a file called "dlyd_shared_cache_x86_64h"  To the best of my ability to tell, this is an essential cache file that is part of the OS.  I do not even have access to it as the OS does not give users access to this file through the finder.  Avast is unable to "Resolve" the problem.  The warning recurs every time I run an Avast scan.  Any thoughts on how to deal with this situation?  Any knowledgeable advice would be greatly appreciated.

I received a response from Avast on Twitter and they're saying it could be a false detection: https://i.imgur.com/p6JC6FM.png
