trying to change credit card

I got a new debit card and my Avast could not use it . I went to Avast, then Digital River, they want a order number and don't recognize my email so I cannot do anything. I have had this account for several years so I don't have any order number... Of course there are no phone numbers to call so I am going to cancel this in 24 hrs if I cannot update the debit card.

Anybody know what to do or how to talk to a live person??? I probably just want to cuss them out by now.
