Latest Version Of Avast Blocks Photoshop From Saving Files

I installed the latest version of Avast July 2 on my Windows 7 laptop and now Photoshop is blocked from saving any file I try to work with. As soon as I try to save it says that the file is blocked and I need to change the settings for this file but it does this with every single image file I try. If I unistall Avast it work perfectly. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to look for another antivirus program?

I had same problem, but was immediately able to give permission for Photoshop to do this. Probably new Ransomware shield in action.
